We prefer that all volunteers participate in the provided trainings. Their volunteer start date may begin prior to participation in these trainings as we do not want to slow the recruitment process. The PCTI training will be part of the organization’s own orientation/training while the Bystander Intervention Training can be completed asynchronously or live-virtually.
If a volunteer refuses to complete the required trainings, please evaluate if the volunteer is truly appropriate for your C3 program or can be used in another role within your organization.
