In this situation, please evaluate if you are only assisting the care recipient or if you are also assisting the caregiver. For example, if the care recipient is participating in a respite program, you are assisting the family caregiver by providing respite time for them. The family caregiver would then complete the Caregiver Pre/Post Surveys, not the individual with dementia.
