Awardees will be allowed to use up to six months at the start of the grant period for program development. The program’s implementation phase must start no later than November 1, 2026. During the six months of ramp up time, organizations will receive the 10% early disbursement of funds to cover staffing and any budgeted expenditures required to have the program up and running no later than the end of the six month period. Once program implementation begins, organizations will have the remaining 12 months for program implementation and data collection.
