If you currently are a C3 grantee with staff whose salary is funded by C3 to work on that project, you cannot include them in the new grant and double bill for their hours.
Example: Current grant, Mr. A is 100% FTE on the C3 grant. Then Mr. A cannot be included in a new C3 budget until he is no longer funded by the current grant.
