Section 8.1.3.4. states: Explain the organization’s strategy to include community input into the proposed local model. Are you referring to an organization getting input from the community while we are funded? Or are you looking for us to get input from the community before we submit this application? 

Describe the community support local organizations demonstrate for your local model and your community outreach for support at all stages of development and implementation.
